Charles Hill in 1888, it was incorporated March 6, 1889. WebSince 1888 The Washington Home and Community Hospices' has served our most vulnerable citizens: elderly, chronically, and terminally ill people. We help people recuperate in our rehabilitation unit to return to their homes. We give them safe haven in our long-term care and special care units when aging and illness limit their independence.
