WebFeb 6, 2004 · Rowher Flats is fine for beginners, intermedaites and it does have some black diamonds. the place is not huge. it has three staging areas all connected by an access road system that in its self is fun to ride. There are plenty of easy trails close in and off the access road and all trails are well marked. go for it.
