Ina125p connection
WebThe connection diagram in my post is correct, one input of the INA125 would connect to the right of R5, the other input would connect to the other load cell output. R5 is absolutely essential for this schematic to work. Enrique Morquecho over 8 years ago in reply to John Caldwell Prodigy 100 points WebA single external resistor sets any gain from 4 to 10,000. The INA125 is laser-trimmed for low offset voltage (250µV), low offset drift (2µV/°C), and high common-mode rejection (100dB at G = 100). It operates on single (+2.7V to +36V) or dual (±1.35V to ±18V) supplies. The voltage reference is externally adjustable with pin-selectable ...

WebNext step is amplifying the output from mv to voltage level by using INA125P with gain resistor of 680 ohm. Calculated gain and Output voltage is, G = 4+64K / Rg G = 92.24 min output of INA125P = 0V max output of INA125P = 922.3 mV The circuit connection which i am going to use for testing as follows. Please make a correction if i did any mistake. WebThe specific instrumentation amplifier that we're using is the Burr-Brown INA125 Instrumentation Amplifier. This also came from Mouser and cost just under $6. The fastest way to hook everything together and see if it would work was to use an Arduino board and use the computer for readout. These boards can be purchased for around $30.
