Web-fbounds-check to ignore bugs that will affect other compilers (or possibly even the same compiler at different optimization levels!) just because they happen not to affect the current version of GFortran, and I would consider "fixing" this "bug" in -fbounds-check to increase the bug count, not decrease it.
