Use the dough hook attachment, and turn the mixer on to “stir.” Let it go for 15 minutes, occasionally stopping the mixer to push the dough together. Knead the dough, by hand or in a stand mixer, with a bit of extra flour for about 5 to 7 minutes until the dough is no longer sticky. Form the dough into two tight balls and transfer to a loaf pan.
