Still, the company’s reputation is less-than-perfect, with reviews being a mixed bag with more than a handful of complaints about the quality of CyberPowerPC’s after-purchase support. WebIt's not that they are bad PC's is that their customer service sucks. If you get a PC with no issue it's great but the moment something goes wrong they absolutely suck with their customer service. You have to pay to send stuff back and they take 2 to 3 days to respond. I had the worse experience when it came to my PC and their customer service. 2
