Cudney clutch kit review
WebDec 13, 2024 · Discussion Starter · #1 · Dec 3, 2024 So I went to clean up my primary clutch on 2016 900 Ace Blizzard 2500 miles. I found 3 Orings all flat and damaged. I see there are hex shaped rollers. The ramps are 417224083. I tried researching what I could. I see there's a lot of info. What are my options? This is a little different than my 800 was. WebDec 12, 2015 · Install is not to bad if you have the correct tools or have worked on clutches in the past. If taking a heat torch to he backside of the clutch to heat up the bolts to losen up the lock tight make you qweezy then it would make sense to have someone do it for you . It wil make the sled fun to ride. I highly recommend it!!! A good indication of problems is gease on the back of the clutch or the underside of the belt cover. That is a sure fire indication that the rings are gone.
