WebI think the US average mileage per year is about 13k, so 13k times however many years old it is. Anything that exceeds that is "high" but I usually personally consider ~150k+ to be high, and so does Mercedes-Benz. I am currently driving a 1989 420SEL w. 377,000 miles. WebBuying MBs built after the early 2000s with over 100k miles is absolutely inadvisable. Since then MBs have not been built with reliability and durability in mind. They are luxury lease cars now. You don’t want to own one out of warranty. I’ve heard that the 2009-2011 s550 was actually pretty reliable, guess not.
